Sept. 2, 2009 - PRLog -- Martin L. Fitzgerald is a lieutenant in the Somerset Fire Department of Kentucky.  A fourteen year veteran fire fighter, he joined SFD in 2008. Martin is well known for his exemplary leadership, fearless service, and consistent professionalism.  Highly regarded by his colleagues and community, he credits his success to hard work and a passion for helping people. Martin aspires to continued community service and plans to be part of the Somerset Fire Department for many years to come. In his spare time, Martin enjoys reading and travel.
