Hacienda Riquelme Resort Town Centre Construction Begins by Polaris world

Sept. 1, 2009 - PRLog -- The resort of Hacienda Riquelme in Murcia, Spain will soon receive it's long awaited town centre Polaris World have announced today.

Conversion of the historic hacienda into a town centre for the resort will begin in September.

The resort of Hacienda Riquelme is home to over 1800 residents who moved in to the resort since its opening in 2008. Hosting an 18 hole Jack Nicklaus design par-72 golf course Riquelme offers a picturesque location close to the mountains near the town of Sucina, about 15km from the Mar Menor coastline.

The resort is the last of the six Polaris World resorts to receive its town centre. Planning permissions have held up development of the town because of the historical significance of the building at Riquelme.

Frontline golf property is available at Hacienda Riquelme resort from as little as 99,950 Euros. The resort consists entirely of two bedroom apartments each with a private terrace overlooking the swimming pools and golf course.
