New Higher Standards in Energy Consultation – EPC, DEC

Aug. 27, 2009 - PRLog -- Since 1 October 2008, EPCs as well as DEC have been a legal requirement when any commercial building over 50m2 is built, sold or let or for building over 1000m² that is occupied by a public authority or an institution providing a public service to a large number of people which is frequently visited by the public (e.g. schools, hospitals, government or local authority buildings).

   From that time many companies offering their services connected with EPBD, like commercial EPC, domestic EPC, Hip packs, DEC or Air Conditioning Inspections.
