Sabercom Undertake Middleware Project

Aug. 17, 2009 - PRLog -- Sabercom recently completed a data connectivity project which involved the extraction and conversion of data from an XML file to a CSV file.

Here at Sabercom digital signage, we specialise in brining together customers current systems for use with our digital signage software. We are used to connecting to call switches to display ACD data, but frequently there is a requirement to connect to a database or spreadsheet to extract data. Connections to external sources mean that screen content can automatically be updated.

Connections to spreadsheets and SQL databases can be very useful for the display of KPI information as metrics can be extracted and update automatically as targets are met.
