ProCut boasts the ownership of the only 3100m x 2100m Axxiom flat bed routers with a fully integrated walking clamp system controlled directly from the Fanuc control.

ProCut provide an outsource machining service to most of the largest POP and POS display companies in the UK as we are capable of handling well in excess of 250,000 machined units per month, this of course is dependant on the material and complexity of the job.

With our Multihead Axxiom CNC routers (each weighting over 12 tons) and there unique clamping system we do not rely on vacuum and are therefore able to stack 3m x 2m sheets, which means with 2 heads and stacked 5 up we are able to produce up to 10 times the volume over a conventional router, giving a massive timecost saving which we are able to pass on to you.

We work in Acrylic, Wood, MDF, Aluminium etc.

Other plant include 3m Schelling Automatic Beam saw with rotating air bed, Shoda 8 head CNC router, various Radiusing, Polishing and poly re-covering machines.
