Annabelle Lewis was born and grew up in England. After receiving her master’s degree in education, she went to Africa where she lived and worked for many years. She now splits her time between Manchester and Lincolnshire, and visits South Africa frequently. She supports a number of children’s charities there and has written and published several stories and teachers’ guides for use in Central and Southern African schools.
