Charleston County Revenue Collections Director Elbert Matthews also said in the County’s news release that he is excited about the benefits the new system offers the public. “This latest online system is another part of our continued goal to bring local government services to our citizens and empower them to conduct local business transactions from the convenience of their business location or home,” Matthews said.
