About Project Dirt
Project Dirt’s a green networking site comprising real people undertaking real environmental projects. Established in April 2008, the platform allows different community projects to communicate, collaborate and share best practice. It also enables the public to engage with and learn from real life green projects being undertaken near them.
Project Dirt is regarded as the most prominent green networking platform in south London, with over 120 projects and 1,150 members. Coupled with the recent funding of projects by Timberland and ongoing work with the public/private sectors, Project Dirt is increasingly becoming the city’s environmental hub. A place where community groups, businesses and the government can come together and collaborate on green issues in a practical and tangible way.
