| AppLabs hosts DSCI meet in HyderabadAppLabs, the world’s largest software testing and quality management company, today announced that the company hosted the Data Security Council of India (DSCI) Hyderabad chapter meeting at its head office in the city.

As a self regulatory initiative, DSCI is getting ready with its Best Practices and the SRO Framework that will be a step in the direction of data protection and privacy standards implementation in the country. DSCI expects to announce these to the industry in a seminar in the last week of August 2009.” The Mission of DSCI is to create trustworthiness of Indian companies as global sourcing service providers, and to reinforce to its clients worldwide that India is a secure destination for outsourcing where privacy and protection of customer data are enshrined in the global best practices followed by the industry.
