New Executive and New Joint Venture

July 22, 2009 - PRLog -- North American Companies announced today the formation of a Joint Venture Partnership Between North American Acquisitions, LLC (a wholly owned subsidiary of North American Companies) and Michel Piette. The New Partnership is aptly named North American Finance. The Company was formed to handle the securing of Equity Capital for various North American entities, investment and acquisitions companies, for future ventures in the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and the US Department of the Treasury's Public Private Partnerships (PPP) program as well currently investing in Banks, Developers, Developments, Real Estate Owned Portfolio's, Performing and Non-Performing Residential and Commercial Notes. The company will initially be capitalized from North American Companies and its Joint Venture Partnerships with an initial US $985,000,000. The company plans on capitalizing over the next six (6) months an additional US $5,000,000,000.

North American Finance will be headed by Michel Piette, a principal in the new company, and as such will be appointed President of Finance for the company. Mr. Piette is formerly the President of Redex Inc, a Montreal, Canada Based Real Estate Development Company. Mr. Piette brings a wealth of knowledge from his years in Acquisition Finance, Development, Sales and Marketing. His understanding of what it takes to "Make It Happen" in terms of sourcing, evaluating, consummating, repositioning and disposition, are all organic and will be put to much use on this subsequent venture.
