July 7, 2009 - PRLog -- Country artist Brandon Leinen has signed with Blues Farm Records in Clovis, New Mexico. His unique brand of songwriting brings together classic storytelling with modern guitar riffs and vocals that are sure to please new country fans as well as old.

Brandon's inspiration comes from Texas country artists like Robert Earl Keen, Pat Green, Jerry Jeff Walker and especially college radio stars like Cross Canadian Ragweed. While many of Brandon's songs deal with college life, he currently attends ENMU in Portales, NM, his influence also stems from a grounding in church and family. His major is Religion, and his first real performance was with his church youth group, where he played for 3 years. He also sang in the church choir for 4 years.

A country boy, originality from Texas, Brandon is looking to bring his songs to the folks of Eastern New Mexico and West Texas. Currently, he performs solo acoustic shows, but he's looking to build a band up to back him onstage.

The official website is http://brandonleinen.webs.com. You'll soon be able to sample songs, and they expect to have them available for individual download via Amazon.com this fall. You can also find him on the labels official website, http://bluesfarm.webs.com.

For more than two years now, Blues Farm Records has been helping southwestern artists in country, blues and rock music to develop their music, and in doing so, put Clovis, New Mexico back on the music map. Recent BFR artists include Mark Kelley and Tim O'Rourke, as well as their flagship artist Sansietch. Sansietch is currently in the studio laying tracks with Brandon for the new CD. This promises to be a guitar-driven country record that fans will love to play and sing along with.
