Las Cruces Anger Management

June 20, 2009 - PRLog -- A life coaching education based anger management program is ongoing on Thursday nights from 7:30 to 8:30 PM.  It is held in the Mesilla Park Rec Center, Room 8, 304 Bell Avenue, just across the railroad tracks after the Pic Quick, take a right on Linden.  Indigents pay $5.00 (scale), non-indigents and working class $10.00 (scale available).  Don't miss it because you don't have money, that ain't no good reason not to take care of your anger!  
Dr. Chloe Faith Walker has a background in research psychology.  She did her internship and residency in anger and domestic violence anger, so her skills are top notch.  
Learn to smile in the face of adversity.  Learn to give yourself a chuckle when you used to get angry.  Find positive ways to communicate without the violence and stress of anger.  Anger is real, everyone is going to experience some anger in their lives, it is the behaviors and the angry words of anger that permeate the aires and relationships ruining otherwise good experiences.  You can learn to accept your anger, recognize your anger, and manage your anger without facing behavioral and loud problems.
The group has fun learning how to manage their own anger.  
This is a closed door group, clients are confidential to the outside world.  
Whether you have been arrested for your anger problems or you have been told by someone else in your life that they can't deal with your anger, you can get it all taken care of here in the anger group.
Businesses and Corporate programs are available for Dr Walker to meet with your group in your workplace or a conference room at the park where your entire group or team can learn to manage communications, manage anger, and become far more productive while increasing their happiness inside and out.
