Robert J. Colletti, CPA, joins the board of Stem Cell Assurance and Traxxec Inc., (OTC-TRXX.PK)

June 10, 2009 - PRLog -- Colletti held a CFO position for eight years at a publicly traded healthcare information technology company. During that time, he was instrumental in helping the company grow from $70 million in revenues to over $500 million with a market capitalization in excess of $1.3 billion and an expanding employee base from 500 to 3000 employees. This financial executive brings broad and deep experience in a variety of leadership roles including completion of 14 acquisitions, 2 divestitures and numerous financing transactions, expansion into international operations, extensive sales and marketing experience, and meeting the qualifications of Audit Committee Financial Expert as determined by the NYSE requirements and Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Additionally Colletti played a major role in developing and managing client relationships at some of the largest healthcare systems in the U.S. and actively expanded research analyst coverage from eight to eighteen during his tenure as CFO.
