June 8, 2009 - PRLog -- Atlanta Georgia – For years computer users have been plagued by viruses, system crashes, program crashes and many other nasty problems.  Leaving the user with a great frustration and usually with very few options available to them except to re-install the operating system or the faulty application all the while usually losing data in the process.  Not anymore!

CentexUSA has developed U.A.R.T., User Assisted Repair Technology, a patent-pending software process which repairs up to 99.9% of any software problem within 15 minutes.  It matters not if the problem is a virus, spyware, or even the dreaded ‘blue screen of death’.  Unlike other methods of repair, UART preserves the user’s data during the repair process and restores it back once completed and will repair the users system correctly the first time, every time with almost no user intervention.  And what intervention is required is for the security of the user.  If a user can double-click an icon, they can use this system.

UART is designed to be virtually immune from viruses and spyware itself through its innovative and simplistic programming methods.  At boot-up, UART checks to see if its system files have been altered and if so, it restores them.  And based on the current method in which viruses attack computers, UART’s security methods make it almost immune to a virus attack.

UART is a modular based system.  Meaning that the customer for their own needs can implement different modules.  For example, some of those modules are:  remote user’s desktop control even behind routers and with dynamic IP addresses, web based user data back-up, an automatic RAM disk that is backed-up and restored at start-up, an automatic system update process, a built-in non-technical user help desk, and many others.

This technology is geared to corporate use and is designed to save a company up to 90% on their IT cost associated with the operation of their computers.  Bringing down the cost of ownership of each computer to approximately $35/year.  A retail home user version is in the works at CentexUSA and is slated for release the last quarter of 2009.
