Inverselogic Creates Web-Based Employee Timesheet For Cordoba

June 4, 2009 - PRLog -- Los Angeles, CA – Inverselogic, Inc. announces the creation and implementation of a Web-based Employee Time Sheet System custom developed for Cordoba Corporation.  A Civil Engineering and Construction Management firm with offices throughout California, Cordoba Corporation was in need of a customized system that allowed them to track billable and non billable time of Cordoba employees working at different Cordoba office and client locations.  The new Time Sheet application allows Cordoba employees to enter their time from anywhere using any device with Internet access. The time card data is then submitted for use within Cordoba’s accounting database. The same time card can then be printed in the Cordoba clients’ in-house time card format for client approval.

Cordoba Corporation can use this application to allow their widely dispersed employees centralize their time data at the company level while also being able to cater to local client specific time sheet formatting needs.

The System allows Cordoba employees enter billable and none billable time to track project profitability, and allows executives and project manager’s access to real time data using a customized graphical dashboard. The dashboard features some reports such as Burn Rate Report, Project Profitability, Project Billability, and Time-Sheet Status notifying the accounting office which employees have not submitted their weekly hours in time.

The accounting office also has the capability of assigning staff and resources to specific projects and assigns the billable hourly rate for each project.

“In the past, Cordoba Corporation employees had to manually input their time card information into the local client’s time card format and then needed to fax the information to the Cordoba corporate office where it was manually entered into the accounting application for processing,” said Ara Aslanian, President of Inverselogic.  “Our custom software allows all this to take place in one simple to use application.”

“This new web-based Time Sheet System has greatly reduced the amount of work that the Human Relations staff needs to do to process time cards. The employee enters the information once and the system does the rest,” said Cordoba’s Narbeh Issagholian. “This has greatly reduced HR staffing requirements and reduced the time lag between employees submitting their local work hours and the time we can bill those hours to our clients.”
