May 29, 2009 - PRLog -- Coeur d Alene, Idaho– “Devote yourself to something that will enhance your life and you will become what you are devoted to. If you are worried and fear not having enough in these tough economic times, you won’t have enough.  Instead, consciously choose to devote yourself to what you desire.  Write down a list of goals, dreams or intentions and devote yourself to having those and being the person that will achieve them,” says Virginia Ellen.   “If we each devoted ourselves to improving our personal economy and that of our family, our communities, towns, and cities would begin to prosper which makes a healthier economy,” says Ms. Ellen.

Rosalin Comeau, a teacher of devotion and Sacred Heart Yoga is Virginia’s guest.  She teaches people how to free themselves from worry through devotion.  For an hour, participants devote themselves to the Spirit within through the yoga practice.  “Stress relief, greater mental clarity, having deep connection with something greater that self are amongst the benefits reported.  Many experience peace and a great sense of being loved.  Over fifteen years, these results have been consistent for both the participants and for me. The benefits are built right into the practice and physical, mental and emotional changes occur each session.” says this teacher.
