Introducing The VIP Solution Master

Designed to save people time and decrease their aggravation, frustration and stress, the new Boca Raton-based company was founded by Alan Topchik of Delray Beach, a 30-year veteran of the life insurance and estate-planning fields.

“I recognized that many people need someone available to them with the knowledge, experience, resourcefulness and persistence to help them handle the nuisances, challenges and problems that affect their personal lives,” Topchik noted. “You can’t always depend on your children or friends to do time-consuming research and to maintain the stamina required to fight on your behalf, when a problem arises.”

Topchik’s “first” career enabled him to learn a lot about a wide range of businesses, as well as to identify and access the appropriate “go-to” people to get things done – and get them done right. Consequently, he has a very large network of resources around him.

“I have been a confidant, advocate and problem solver most of my life for family, friends and associates. I’ve given advice, intervened on their behalf, and done whatever was necessary to bring about the best possible solution or resolution to their particularly situations. I’ve also learned a lot from figuring out my own problems,” he said.

Having helped Charles and Shirley Ellerin of Boca Raton gratis when they suddenly faced a series of serious problems over the last six months, the couple encouraged and inspired their friend [Topchik] to put his skills to work for a profit. They have since signed up as one of The VIP Solution Master’s first clients.

“Alan is one big heart. No matter what it is, he can take care of it. There’s no stone he leaves unturned,” said Shirley Ellerin, adding. “Alan tells you straight out how things are and then finds the best solution or resolution. Because of his help, we no longer feel panic or emotionally devastated over what has happened in our lives.”

Gail Fishman of Delray Beach recently had her home painted and carpeted. “The carpet installer did a horrific job. I’ve tried to reach the company but no one has responded,” she said. “Alan sat down with me and explained what I needed to do. Because I charged the carpet on my American Express card, he then wrote and sent a letter for me disputing the charge.”

Continuing, she added, “I’m divorced. It’s difficult being a woman alone. I know the problem isn’t earth shattering, but it upset me. Alan was wonderful and took charge. On his end, everything was just perfect.”

By retaining The VIP Solution Master on an annual fee basis, clients meet with Topchik or a member of his staff, provide information so that a realistic assessment of the situation can be made, including its scope and seriousness. The company then prioritizes, organizes and oversees the implementation of a course of action. This oftentimes requires research, referrals to other professionals, and obtaining bids and the best prices for work.
“The company does not receive referral fees or compensation from any advisors of vendors,” Topchik was quick to point out. “Nor do we request access to our clients’ funds, personal financial data and the like, unless they grant us permission in writing.”

Whether it’s a leaky roof, faulty cellular phone, lapsed Medicare supplement, or concerns about the legal and tax consequences of employing a nanny in one’s home, Topchik is on it, generating effective and satisfactory results.

“While we will address and take care of resolving a myriad of problems, we won’t handle routine activities such as dog walking/dog sitting, or engage in shopping, transportation, valet or handyman services. In other words, we won’t care for your lawn; but, if you have a dispute with the landscaper, we’ll help resolve it,” he said.

Annual enrollment for a single person is $1,500 per year (the daily equivalent of the  
cost of a cup of gourmet coffee); $2,250 per year for a husband and wife; and $3,000 per
year for a family of three or more residing together. The contract price does not include any
costs that might be incurred for goods or services provided by other professionals and
vendors.
