PRLog -- Sharon T. Doyle is the assistant principal of Jesse Bobo Elementary School, a capacity in which she has remained since 2007. With 9 years experience as an in field assistant principal, Sharon brought a vast array of knowledge and skill to the Jesse Bobo Elementary School upon accepting this position. As assistant principal, Sharon is responsible for a number of duties including staff development, truancy, parent involvement, testing, and discipline, however, her personal specialty remains in the areas of curriculum and instruction, fine arts integration, and arts advocacy. In addition to her work for Jesse Bobo Elementary School, Sharon serves on the state board of SCMEA, where she has received the 2009 Deborah Smith Hoffman Mentor Award, as well as an esteemed member of SCASCD, ASCD, NAESP and SCASA. Her impressive resume is coupled with an equally outstanding academic record of her own. She is culminating her education with a PhD in curriculum and instruction from North Central University and also holds 4 other degrees including an education specialist degree from the Converse College in South Carolina. Sharon attributes her success to hard work, willingness, and a compelling desire to work with other teachers to help educate. Sharon hopes to continue success in her career and to eventually become involved in college level education. She maintains an active philanthropic agenda as a participating member of the Spartanburg County Foundation and spends her leisure traveling and cooking.
