The newly re-opened facility in Danbury, CT retains the experienced ThinkEngine Networks (formerly Cognitronics) team ensuring that key knowledge remains within Telesoft Technologies. The office has an extensive test lab enabling local development and support activities for the CX network exchange media servers. The CX series is used extensively in AIN, TDM and VoIP announcement and media server markets within the USA.
