Intrahost purchases Brius Web Hosting

March 16, 2009 - PRLog -- Chicago-based Intrahost Communications, a leading provider of web hosting and domain name services has announced the acquisition of Brius Web Hosting.  Going forward, Intrahost will be the name of the new entity and the company will continue to be headquartered in the Chicagoland area. Within the next few weeks, the Intrahost  brand will redefine itself with new hosting packages and features that will benefit the combined client base and new clents alike.

Brius Web Hosting was started in 2003 to provide budget web hosting and reseller hosting.  As part of our endeavor to constantly raise the bar in terms of quality of service for our clients, we have migrated the Brius clientele to best-of-breed hardware in one of our premier Chicago datacenters with no downtime incurred to Brius or Intrahost customers, and a seamless transition to Intrahost's billing & support portals.  

With the announcement of the acquisition of Brius Web Hosting, Intrahost has also added additional support staff, and a new site design.
