New "Burning Water" patent pending process to increase fossil fuel efficiency by 14% or more

A newly invented process uses ordinary water to increase burning efficiency of fossil fuel heat producing engines and furnaces by more than 14% thereby decreasing pollution emissions and decreasing the use of coal and other fossil fuels.

Feb. 26, 2009 - PRLog -- ASC Inc. of Falls Church Virginia has announced the  Patent Pending invention of a process that uses ordinary or polluted water to increase the burning efficiency of Coal , gas, oil and other fossil fuels by 14% or more.
ASC  has formed  a new subsidiary. "Burning Water" to develop further and market  this new discovery by which processed water is added to burning fossil fuels resulting in a minimum efficiency increase of 14% thereby reducing the reliance on fossil fuels and increasing energy efficiency and independence while contributing to the reduction in carbon emissions and global warming.
"Burning Water" is now in the process of applying for additional funding and affiliations with engineering and energy development expertise organization  to further confirm, refine and enhance the process into a commercial product either through licensing or direct manufacture of systems employing its invention.
