GHH Realty Announces Long Island Short Sale Specialist of the Year

Jan. 13, 2009 - PRLog -- GHH Realty is a Long Island team of real estate professionals and short sale specialists located in Melville, New York. Although they have several “regular” residential listings, the majority of their properties are short sales on Long Island. It is with great pleasure that they announce their short sales specialist of the year, Sherina Gonzales. Sherina is a Long Island Native with roots in Hempstead. She attributes her success with short sale properties in part to her degree from the New York Institute of Technology in Old Westbury where she majored in Business. “It has helps quite a bit, having a business perspective on what is happening with the market right now. We know that having to short sell your home can be a very stressful time for a homeowner, which is why I am so pleased to be working for a company like GHH Realty that specializes in this very thing. Ms. Gonzales also holds the position of Assistant to the Commissioner of the Village of Hempstead’s Community Development Association.
    Earning the GHH Realtor of the Month award in December was LaTasha Conyers. After earning her Masters in Business Administration she has been working as a project manager focusing on affordable housing for first time homebuyers.
