LEXINGTON, KY — WealthBridge Connect announces the signing of Cindy Kennedy as Affiliate Faculty Member to develop educational content for WealthBridge Connect’s interactive eLearning platform in the areas of leadership, management and dynamic systems.

“Cindy specializes in developing effective middle managers by focusing on helping them and their organizations reach their potential,” said Dr. J. Gregory Gillum, Chief Learning Officer of WealthBridge Connect. “Her ability to successfully communicate with diverse audiences, combined with her knowledge of how to engage people in the workforce, makes her an effective trainer and a huge asset to the WealthBridge Connect educational platform for business professionals.”

Ms. Kennedy has over a decade of management experience in the financial services industry providing leadership to branch management, managing and training salespeople, defining and monitoring exceptional customer service, and setting strategic direction.  She is an innovative problem solver and challenges others to think critically, analyze trends, and focus on results.  Ms. Kennedy has designed and conducted various training and motivational seminars, served as a customer service consultant, and assisted a Division I softball team in addressing organizational issues.  She has taught business and general education classes at various universities in Kentucky, Missouri, and Kansas and is currently on faculty at Eastern Kentucky University.  She is writing her first book spotlighting middle management issues and communicating positive solutions to everyday problems.  Ms. Kennedy holds a MBA from Wichita State University, and is a graduate of Tabor College with BA degrees in Marketing and International Studies.
