The main meat of this talk is that Online Learning will be the future of training and education, especially for professionals with very busy schedules but want to upgrade their skills for better employability. Because E-Learning offers the flexibility of learning at your own time and pace, no need to take time out from work, or sacrifice precious moments away from your friends and loved ones.

And if you want additional credentials on your CVs, there are online learning course providers who offer courses with Certification. Short courses are usually the preference with online learning, but many colleges and universities are now also offering it especially for Graduate Programs.
