Rolf H. Balte, director of acoustics for HP Pelzer Automotive Systems Inc., has been chosen for inclusion in the 2008-2009 Princeton Premier Registry.

Balte is the director of acoustics for HP Pelzer Automotive Systems Inc., a world class manufacturer of automotive NVH and soft trim components that offers advanced products, lean manufacturing services, and vehicle benchmarking commodities. Rolf was appointed to this role in March of 2007 to oversee the acoustic labs and to supervise the lab staff.  He is also depended on to develop and implement new procedures, increase the company’s profile within the international market and to augment sales revenue.  Rolf has been with HPPAS for more than twenty years and has nearly three decades of experience in the automotive acoustics industry.  He is an esteemed member of the SAE and holds a graduate diploma from Aachen University.  Rolf is well known for his exemplary leadership and widely admired for his consistent professionalism.  He is equally well regarded for his community activism and support of organizations that benefit children’s welfare.  Outside of the office, Rolf enjoys travel, reading, golf and skiing.
