PRLog -- Kelli Dunaway is the director of attorney recruitment and development for Nossaman LLP, a Los Angeles law firm that combines legal expertise with personalized service to provide clients with the most advantageous legal representation. Kelli started with Nossaman in June of 2008 to review strategies, institute recruiting policy, coordinate programs, provide education and training and to administer orientation and attorney evaluation. Her primary objective is to tap into the best talent available with a focus on improved campus recruitment. Kelli is also depended on to enhance existing mentoring and associate development programs and initiate new opportunities for professional development with targeted training programs and in-house career counseling services. Kelli, a lawyer herself, has recruiting and professional development experience from previous positions with Winston & Strawn LLP and O’Melveny & Myers LLP. She received her JD from the University of California, Los Angeles’ School of Law and is an esteemed member of the NALP, LAALRA and BALARA. Kelli is equally accomplished on a philanthropic level and highly regarded for her support of several charities that benefit the impoverished. In her spare time, she enjoys travel, reading, politics, writing and studying ancient Egypt.
