PRLog -- James Stanley Cousins Jr. is the regional program manager of Wall Residences, an organization that specializes in serving persons with mental retardation, mental illness, developmental disabilities who are able to blossom in an environment of individual attention and who desire opportunities for self–expression. James joined Wall Residences in 2004, bringing extensive experience as a human rights advocate and an abuse/neglect investigator. He has worked with the mental health, mental retardation, and substance abuse population for many years and is depended on to oversee 25 foster-care providers, perform inspections and ensure that quality service is rendered and that regulations and procedures are followed. James is well known and highly regarded for his outstanding service and credits that success to his religious beliefs and to his passion for helping people. He is equally committed to the community on a personal level and maintains an active philanthropic profile, supporting such organizations as the Human Society and Habitat for Humanity. James graduated from West Virginia University with a bachelor’s degree in social work. At home in Ringgold, Virginia, James enjoys reading, spending time with family and travel.
