Andrzej has been in this capacity since 2005 and is depended on to oversee all of the business operations, including sales, supplies, service and staffing. He is an expert on organizational development and well known for his exemplary record of successfully completed projects. Under his direction, Wilhelmsen doubled its sales and exceeded expectations for growth in the international markets. Andrzej graduated from the Maritime Academy in Poland with a master’s degree in technical engineering and has over two decades of experience in the marine industry. He has held several senior level positions within high profile companies and been engaged as a consultant by some of the most prestigious names in the business. Andrzej is equally dynamic within the community and assumes an active philanthropic profile. He supports several organizations that benefit the environment and contributes to projects for marine research. In his spare time, Andrzej enjoys relaxing, walking in the forest and reading.
