PRLog -- Lee A. Peindl is an attorney at Mullen, Holland & Cooper PA, one of Gaston County’s finest law firms with an "a-v" rating by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating of any law firm in the country. Lee has been with the firm since 2002 and practices in the areas of construction litigation, including mechanics' lien and Miller Act bond claim enforcement, general commercial litigation, business torts, trademark and copyright. He is president-elect of the Gaston County Bar Association and a member of the North Carolina and American bar associations. Lee is admitted to the North Carolina State Bar and practices before the eastern and western federal district courts. He has served as chief editor for the construction law section of the state bar’s publication and also serves on its council. Lee is the author of Attorneys' Fees in Lien and Bond Cases and co-author of Accidents and Course of Employment. He also teaches seminars on construction law and the prosecution and defense of lien, bond and other project claims. Additionally, Lee is an esteemed member of the Order of Barristers and received the Case Western Reserve School of Law Student Leadership Award. He completed his graduate studies at Westminster College and Case Western Reserve School of Law, earning a J.D. in 2002. Lee is equally ambitious within the community and serves on the board of directors of Leadership Gaston as well as the Gaston County chapter of the American Red Cross and is a North Carolina Bar Association judicial district representative and coordinator of the Gaston County Moot Court competition. At home in Charlotte, Lee enjoys spending time with his family, driving race cars and reading.
