Betsey has been with The Rule Company since 2002 and is depended on to oversee the company’s property & casualty insurance operations, provide staff development and guide the company’s expansion within the national markets. Betsey is an expert on commercial insurance and risk management and an esteemed member of the CPCU. She is well known for her proficiency and highly regarded by both client and colleague for her professionalism. Betsey graduated from the University of Southern California with a bachelor’s degree in history and is involved with several academic societies.
