PRLog -- William L. Rose is the senior vice president of acquisitions at SCI Real Estate Investments LLC, a real estate principal that offers co-ownership interests in quality real estate. With more than 150 property acquisitions and a nationwide, closed, fractional-deed portfolio worth over $1.8 billion since their inception in 1994, SCI is one of the nation’s largest sources for 1031 exchange co-ownership properties. William joined SCI at the beginning of 2006 and has since been involved in the acquisition of over $800,000,000 worth of conventional multi-family and student housing assets. As vice president of acquisitions, he is depended on to oversee the sourcing of acquisitions for both conventional multi-family and student housing properties and is involved in the investment analysis of potential and existing acquisitions to discover opportunities for disposition activity. William started his career in real estate with JPI Partners, Inc., a pioneer in off-campus luxury student housing, where he was responsible for underwriting and feasibility, acquisitions and analysis, asset management and portfolio analysis and dispositions. He also worked with CB Richard Ellis National Student Housing Group, where he was involved with more than two billion dollars worth of asset sale consideration. William completed his graduate studies at the University of North Texas, earning a master’s degree in business administration and received his BS from Texas Tech University. He is active within the Dallas, Texas community and supports the ASPCA and PETA through charitable donations. Outside of the SCI Real Estate Investments offices, William enjoys spending time with his children, travel and outdoor activities.
