PRLog -- Roger L. Sprague is the owner of Century 21 Neighborhood Realty, located in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. He started the company in 2002, bringing more than a decade of experience as a real estate broker and salesperson. Roger was licensed to practice real estate in 1993 and has since earned several awards, including the CENTURY21® Outstanding Quality Service Award and the ABR®, Accredited Buyer Representative Designation. Prior to his career in real estate, Roger was an intelligence officer with the Department of Defense and spent twenty years as a local Adams County dairy farmer. In his present role, Roger is engaged in and depended on to manage the office and the seven member staff. He aspires to increase that number and to continue to grow within the industry, eventually servicing neighboring states. Roger is well known for his dedication and widely admired for his professionalism. He credits his success to dedication and hard work, qualities that are equally apparent in his personal undertakings. Roger is active within the community and assumes a dynamic philanthropic profile. He is a member of the Professional Standards Committee and an auditor for Butler Township. In his spare time, Roger enjoys being with his wife, children and grandchildren and is fond of woodworking.
