PRLog -- Rade Zrilic is the vice president of global customer service for Dassault Systemes, the world leader of product lifecycle management software solutions which employ 3D representation. In this capacity, Rade is responsible for Enovia, one of Dassualt’s five product lines. He is depended upon for customer satisfaction, complaint resolution, technical support, software maintenance and renewals, recording software progress and strategic development. Rade is an expert on executive management and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering and rocket science from the University of Sarajevo, Yugoslavia, as well as an MBA from Stamford University. Rade also operates a computer program that performs licensed audits for software development companies like Dassault, which has generated more than a million dollars USD per quarter. His attention and dedication to providing a high level of customer service has earned him the respect of his peers and been a primary component of Dassaults increased revenues. Rade is a member of the Association of Software Professionals and the Support Service Professional Association. He is active within the community and supports the Montessori School.
