TunerJunkyard.com approaches 3500 MySpace contacts

Aug. 20, 2008 - PRLog -- Tuner Junkyard, http://www.tunerjunkyard.com, makes extensive use of many tools on the internet to keep in touch with their customers and friends.  2 months ago, Jerod Husvar, Vice President and COO, decided to build a MySpace profile, http://www.myspace.com/TunerJunkyard, for this purpose.  Since that time the contacts list has grown at an exponential pace.

"I had thought of as MySpace as just a place for friends," said Mr. Husvar, "What we have found is that people love the ability to communicate with us; see what we're working on; hear about the daily toils; troubles, and triumphs of running our small business.  It's really amazing!"

The staff at Tuner Junkyard regularly add blog entries, post bulletins and participate in games and forums to show an active commitment to their MySpace friends.  "Sometimes we will see that a friend is having a bad day or going through a rough time and just send a quick note to let them know someone cares," said Marisa Torres, President.  "These folks actively participate in our lives and livelihood, and we really do care about them."

Tuner Junkyard was formed in October of 2007 as a subsidiary of Lost Gypsy Forge, Inc.  It provides parts for many different makes and models of "Tuner Cars" to customers all over the world.
