Her rival, statuesque former chip shop worker Agyness Deyn, 25, tops the latest who's who of fashion.

Deyn is followed by Gwyneth Paltrow, who recently wowed onlookers at a series of premieres in short dresses and skyscraper heels, in the Grazia list.

Sarah Jessica Parker is third, despite being ridiculed for the eccentric green hat she donned to the premiere of the Sex and the City film.

French President's wife Carla Bruni-Sarkozy is next, followed by model Daisy Lowe, actress Maggie Gyllenhaal, and model Elle Macpherson and actress Uma Thurman in joint seventh.

The top ten is completed by actresses Natalie Portman and Kate Hudson and Dasha Zhukova, Roman Abramovich's girlfriend.

Moss was fifth and Deyn was Number One in last year's list compiled by a Grazia panel.
