s new green building block designed for cooling towers and other open-loop recirculating cooling systems is a rare combination of powerful scale inhibitors and excellent multi-metal corrosion protection. S-14 Bio Liquid is comprised of biodegradable ingredients that are non-toxic and non-hazardous. Its main component is a low molecular weight natural polymer and includes Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS) substances and food approved preservatives.
In contrast to other products which contain phosphonates, polyacrylates, or polyaspartic acid and provide only antiscalant treatment, S-14 Bio Liquid also protects a variety of metals from corrosion. For example, galvanized steel, aluminum, copper, and ferrous metals are all protected while S-14 Bio Liquid simultaneously prevents scale by a sequestering process.
S-14 Bio Liquid is compatible with common water treatment programs and is an economical, easy to formulate, and an environmentally smart choice.
