Animal Reiki Study Courses Hosted by Animal Spirit Network Available in Pennsylvania

June 10, 2008 - PRLog -- Chicago, Illinois - Reiki works with the universal life force that flows through animals and humans. Animal caregivers learn how to use Reiki  to heal animal/human relationships in Level 1 Animal Reiki hosted by the Animal Spirit Healing and Education Network (ASN).

Led by Dawn Wrobel, the one-day introductory class scheduled for July 12, 2008 and also July 13, 2008 will be held at the Greyhound Angels Adoption near Philadelphia, PA.

The classes will focus on and help heal human/animal relationships, and integrate the wisdom and insights of the animals into the interconnected journeys. Students will experience hands-on Reiki for themselves and others. Additional intuitive healing aspects to support the core Reiki teaching are presented and incorporated into the course.

“The channeling of universal energy balances and realigns the chakras or energy centers in the body on all levels: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual,” said Wrobel. “Reiki is both powerful and gentle and can be used as an aid in treating any type of illness.”

“Animals are very open to the healing energy of Reiki,” said Wrobel. “It’s ideal for use with both animals and humans because it is gentle and non-invasive. It doesn’t cause stress, discomfort, or pain yet it yields powerful results.”

Reiki can be used alone or as a complementary therapy along with traditional western and veterinary medicine she said.

About Dawn Wrobel
Dawn Wrobel, animal communicator and the author of the book “The Happy, Healthy Hedgehog” has trained veterinarians and veterinary technicians on hedgehog handling and care. She also is an  invited speaker and clinician to WEZAM, the Wildlife Exotic and Zoo Animal Medicine conference, at the University of Wisconsin. Her articles have appeared in numerous trade and consumer publications.
