In 1996 she was promoted to spa therapist at The Wellness Spa in the hotel. She learned a lot about Spa and wellness at Bali Hilton and in 2005 was promoted to Spa Supervisor. Now, she is part of Villa Kubu.

Ni Wayan Suarni, Started her career in a Beauty Salon as a beauty therapist in 2001 in UBUD, and Joined the Body Works centre in Ubud from March 2002 until February 2005. Then, a Hotel in Turkey invited her to join them, and she continued a Spa therapist career in Turkey, in The Green Palace Hotel for 2 years.
