ZeebraCross - An Independent Retail Training & Research (Unit of InfocusRx™) based at Hyderabad, India is conducting a research study on the perception of people about career in retailing. The research sample includes students from Top B-Schools, executives, parents and corporate. The survey will complement ZeebraCross goal to develop future retail leaders by inspiring students’ community interest in retailing career, preparing them for management role in dynamic retail ecosystem.

As a part of the research study ZeebraCross is conducting a sub-study on how business school students make career choice decisions. The study will help to understand students’ perceptions of retail careers and how students make their choices between factors such as starting salary, career growth opportunities and work-life balance.

The management of ZeebraCross is planning to conduct similar surveys in other B-Schools based at Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Gurgaon, Mumbai and Delhi.
