Chef Top proves a kitchen winner!

Only a little oil is needed on the Chef Top, food retains its full flavour and no cooking juices are transferred from one food to another. Meat and fish can be prepared at the same time without tastes getting transferred and there's the added advantage of cutting down on the washing up!
All food that can be cooked in a frying pan or wok, on a griddle or under the grill can be cooked on the Chef Top, any meal from breakfast through to dinner. Fish, steak, vegetables, stir fries, omelettes, drop scones - you name it, the Chef Top will cook it (it even makes excellent toasted sandwiches).
The central area of the Chef Top has a stable temperature that ensures meat sears immediately and the outer edges are slightly cooler, so that cooked food moved from the centre stays hot.
All models are supplied with a set of pan supports to convert the Chef Top into a normal elongated burner, offering even more flexibility for the busy cook.
