Due to significant growth, Boyden Interim moved their offices from the West End to the City of London in April of this year. KATE MANSFIELD - Account Director Kate joined the HR Practice at Boyden in 2006, to jointly launch the HR practice. Her former role was as Head of the Interim practice at Courtenay HR. Prior to that she had worked with the permanent practice at Courtenay and the in-house Resourcing team at Cable & Wireless. As part of the senior management team at Courtenay HR, Kate worked exclusively on placing senior level professional HR interims into project related assignments. Latterly her focus had been on driving forward major account relationships for the business. Her passion for both HR and Resourcing was highlighted by her recent completion an MSc in Organisational Behaviour at Birkbeck. Kate has continued to use and develop her specialist knowledge at Boyden. The HR practice is now a well established part of Boyden’s business, having quadrupled in size during its first year. Now firmly established as one of the leading providers within the HR arena, the HR Practice hosts regular thought leadership seminars for both senior interims and HR Directors. This active HR forum will remain a key part of the future growth of the practice area. CHLOE WATTS - Account Manager Chloe Watts joined Boyden in 2006, bringing over 10 years of valuable resourcing experience with a strong specialism in Human Resources. Chloe is responsible for developing, managing and delivering client accounts with a focus on HR, senior General Management and Project & Programme roles. Chloe’s knowledge in the HR arena is second to none. Having successfully launched the Interim Practice at Courtenay HR, she subsequently moved into their Search Practice. Chloe’s client base has extended across both public and private sectors, including start up initiatives, partnerships, medium and large sized domestic and international companies. One of Chloe’s key remits at Boyden has been to establish their executive HR forum. This includes a programme of regular seminars, thought leadership and networking opportunities for both the HR Director and senior HR interim audience. Her knowledge and expertise has helped establish Boyden as the forefront leaders in HR Interim Management. Alongside her HR Practice responsibilities, she has helped a diverse set of clients fill senior executive roles across a number of disciplines including sales/marketing, IT, general management and programme management. Chloe holds an MA (Hons) in Business & Spanish. ANTON FISHMAN - Director Anton is a board director of Boyden Interim Management, a leading provider of senior level interim executives to public and private sector organisations in the UK and Ireland. Anton joined the company in 2006 to support the growth and development of specialist practices, in particular the Boyden HR Practice. Anton has been highly influential in creating this specialist group which has enjoyed unparalleled growth in providing HR specialists on interim assignments to both the public and private sectors. Anton received an MA from Gonville & Caius College Cambridge and went on to achieve an MSc at the London University and an MBA at Cranfield School of Management. Anton started his career as an Educational Psychologist before moving into HR and Change Management. After working at the Hay Group, Anton established and ran two change management consultancies, the Regenesis Consulting Group and Corporate Insights. Anton’s extensive experience includes executive assessment, coaching and talent consultancy, and HR consulting pioneering in the fields of Management Competencies and Performance Management. A thought leader and service innovator Anton works with FTSE 100 clients and has undertaken significant independent research into what makes a successful Interim Manager.
