June 27, 2014 - PRLog -- A large system integrator was on the lookout for a call center solution for one of the largest telecom company in Nigeria. The telecom company  wanted a quick & robust solution for verification of their subscriber database. As the telecom company was a mobile telecommunications company , they could only provide the SS7 link for the call center. The key to this project was lightning quick deployment. Teckinfo ‘s Interdialog CCS provided that quick & easy solution and the entire setup which scaled to over 1000 seats was implemented in less than two weeks.
