The Oilerie Brookfield Releases First-Ever Cookbook of Recipes, Food Ideas

New collection offers a multitude of creative options for extra virgin olive oils, aged balsamic vinegars

BROOKFIELD, Wis. - Nov. 25, 2013 - PRLog -- The Oilerie Brookfield, long known for its succulent extra virgin olive oils and tantalizing aged balsamic vinegars, is flavoring its customers’ lives further with the release of a new cookbook of recipes and food preparation ideas.

“A Taste of The Oilerie Brookfield” offers an unprecedented menu of choices for using extra virgin olive oils (EVOO) and aged balsamic vinegars in cooking and baking. The cookbook, bound in a hard-copy binder format, contains more than 200 original recipes and ideas for incorporating EVOOs and balsamics into flavorful kitchen creations.

The cookbook is a completely local product. All recipes and information are from The Oilerie Brookfield’s customers and the retailer’s staff. Annual supplement packets of recipes and food ideas are planned, making the book an ever-growing volume of delicious ideas.

The cookbook, which sells for $21.95, is available only at The Oilerie Brookfield, 17125C W. Bluemound Road (in The Plaza). Owner Jackie Zach (https://www.linkedin/com/in/jackiezach) will be signing books Dec. 1 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The event will feature plenty of food samples from the cookbook’s recipes.

“A Taste of The Oilerie Brookfield” has seven sections: Appetizers & Beverages, Soups & Salads, Main Dishes, Vegetables & Sides, Breads & Rolls, This & That, and Desserts. All recipes use one or more of the store’s 30 different EVOOs, balsamic vinegars and nut oils. The cookbook’s index cross-references recipes by individual oils and balsamics, so that readers who have favorites can easily find associated recipes.
