July 18, 2011 - PRLog -- Hot on the heels of the popular Nuance™ Wine Finer comes Nuance™ Wine Finer II – a new, shorter version that decants wine in 30 seconds. It is the Ultimate Wine Aerator, All-In-One Decanter, Filter, Pourer and Stopper.

Wine Finer II is exclusive to the Australian on-premise market and is designed to save time and money by oxygenating and filtering wine as it is poured, eliminating the need for time-consuming decanting. This innovative product also features a drip-free pouring spout with reflux and includes a tight-fitting stopper to seal the bottle and keep the wine looking its best long after opening.

Leading restaurants and sommeliers were early adopters of the original Wine Finer and now with the release of the shorter Nuance™ Wine Finer II, there’s a more cost-effective solution to managing the entire wine list.

Conceived by Danish wunderkind-designer, Marcus Vagnby, Nuance™ Wine Finer II has an integrated filter to remove sediment, cork and tartaric crystals while ‘opening up’ the wine as you pour. The precise spout ensures nothing is spilt; it then closes the bottle with a perfectly-fitting stopper, all of which can be easily washed by hand.

Marcus Vagnby recounts; ‘...I thought it was a shame to see so many glasses of good red wine being served that contained finings and pieces of cork. Wine that should have been filtered out before it was poured into the glass…I came up with the idea of a wine pourer designed to break surface tension and to aerate the wine at the same time…’
 
This very simple idea took two and a half years to develop, resulting in an accessory that can, as Marcus explains, ‘replace a traditional decantation.’
