May 5, 2009 - PRLog -- Newington, NH— Wilcox Industries Corp., manufacturer of tactical equipment is proud to announce that Mr. Tim Bortz has joined the Wilcox Team as their new Director of Business Development.  Mr. Bortz’ background and experience with the US Navy, having retired with over 20 years, will be a welcome addition in promoting new product development, market research and the development and implementation of strategies to meet operation and strategic objectives.
