Wilcox Industries, leader in the design and manufacture of tactical equipment, has developed a lightweight, yet strong Aimpoint Comp-M Mount that securely attaches the Aimpoint Comp-M sight to any weapon with a standard Picatinny rail and positions it to line up with night vision and thermal optics.
Wilcox’s new mount features a rail grabber and thumbscrew attachment that allows the mount to attach and detach easily from the rail even while wearing gloves. A coin slot assists the operator with the tightening of the thumbscrew. The mount features weight reducing cuts that do not affect the integrity of the machining.
The mount easily integrates with Wilcox’s AN/PVS-14/18 night vision goggles (NVG) weapon mount allowing the use of the NVG with the Comp-M Sight, positioning the dot of the Aimpoint with the view of the NVG and providing a night-time advantage.
