About Francine A. Merkel

She was born in Appleton, WI. Working for a Fortune 500 telecommunication company near Chicago, she managed numerous employees in the processing of communication equipment. As Vice President of Sales for a Chicago area sales and marketing firm, she helped take the company international. Later, she ran for and won a seat on the Bloomfield Township Board in South East Wisconsin. Francine now resides in Phoenix, AZ, where she serves as Vice President of Accounting, for Allan Ann Media, LLC.
