Lake Country Insurance Agency Owner Receives Five Star Professional Award for Customer Service

HARTLAND, Wis. - Jan. 8, 2015 - PRLog -- James G. Herro, an independent insurance agent and owner of the Lake Country-based James G. Herro Agency, has received the Five Star Home/Auto Insurance Professional Award for exceptional customer service, after being nominated by those very same customers.

Herro, a veteran insurance professional who opened the James G. Herro Agency in 2012, was honored by the independent Five Star Professional research service after an in-depth evaluation process. The Five Star Home/Auto Insurance Professional roll includes less than 7 percent of the home and auto insurance professionals in a geographic market.

“I’m extremely honored and humbled by this award, especially knowing that my own customers made the nomination,” said Herro, whose professional certifications include Accredited Advisor in Insurance and Associate in Insurance Services. “Insurance can be complex and confusing. My approach to customer service is about finding the best possible coverages at the best rates while ensuring that people understand the process involved.”
