NATERA Announces 2015 Chairman at 2014 Annual Conference

WASHINGTON - Nov. 24, 2014 - PRLog -- The North American Transportation Employee Relations Association (NATERA)  announced   Mark Spognardi  as their new chairman at NATERA’s annual conference  recently held in Atlanta, Georgia.  Mark began his term of office effective   November 11, 2014.

Mark  is a partner at Chicago branch of the law firm, Pautsch, Spognardi, & Baiocchi Legal Group, and has over 30 years of experience in management-side labor and employment law.  “I look forward to leading NATERA forward as we continue with our increased focus on giving superior value to NATERA’s membership. We believe that NATERA will continue to take a leading role inhelping our member organizations tackle issues surrounding the changing regulatory landscape and workforce in trucking and transportation, including  the critical need  to increase driver capacity,” states  Mr. Spognardi.

Mark replaces outgoing Chairman Lee Miller of Miller Transporters.  Other officers announced atthe conference  include; Rebecca Davies (Butzel Long) as Vice Chairman, Otto Budig, Jr. (Parsec.Inc.) as Treasurer, Katharine Weber (Jackson Lewis)and Herve Aitken(FordHarrison)  as  Program Co-Chairs, and Hal Coxson(Ogletree Deakins) as Program Chair Emeritus.  Herve Aitken also continues in his role as NATERA’s Executive Director.
