Trissential Strengthens Wisconsin Branch with Executive Promotion

MILWAUKEE - Sept. 15, 2014 - PRLog -- Trissential, a management consultancy focused on business improvement, has promoted Dave Melbye, from a Delivery Director to General Manager to continue to grow and strengthen its Wisconsin branch. With this promotion, Trissential – which experienced nearly 25 percent revenue growth in 2013, solidifies its operations in southeast Wisconsin and continues to mature its capabilities and services.

Dave Melbye joined Trissential in August, 2013 as Delivery Director, focusing on quality assurance, sales and recruiting support, and strengthening service capabilities. Melbye has nearly 30 years experience delivering complex transformational solutions in business and information technology. His extensive leadership background includes Director and CIO positions in the public sector with additional experience in utility operations, manufacturing, and health care.

As CIO of the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District, Melbye established enterprise-wide governance structures for IT prioritization, ensuring alignment between business needs and technology investments. At GFOA - Government Finance Officers Association - Melbye led the development of business process improvement and change management services for local governments.

Prior to joining Trissential, Melbye worked in leadership roles in both consulting and permanent positions, including Consulting Director for AmeriData where he led an extensive IT outsourcing practice. Melbye holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lawrence University.
